Indeed, the system must adapt to user needs and enable it to obtain relevant information and effective according to its profile. In this context, we present cooperative model, which adapt to changing user profiles and change the embedded sources, and sharing of knowledge among users will facilitate the analysis of information and to improve the process of searching for data quality in space and time.
The main objective of this research is to find the best evacuation path during a flood disaster e... more The main objective of this research is to find the best evacuation path during a flood disaster emergency situation. The challenge lies in how to manage this situation that has dynamic changing conditions and strict time constraints. In this paper, we propose an adaptive system for flood evacuation. This system gives the best decisions to take, in this emergency situation, to minimize damages. It computes the best evacuation routes in real time by executing an algorithm which takes into consideration the spatial characteristics of hazard propagation. The system, based on sensors network, is adapted to the changes of the environment and provides directions for the shortest and less hazardous routes to the users.

This paper has a twofold objective: on the one hand it focuses mainly on the study of agricultura... more This paper has a twofold objective: on the one hand it focuses mainly on the study of agricultural substances that lead to the pollution of the environment and have a direct negative impact on agricultural production. Knowing today there are about fifteen controlled substances. Other non-regulated environmental pollutants are the subject of our research for monitoring and quality control. Currently no threshold concentration limit for these unregulated products (in air, or in water) exists or / and adopted. Therefore, our objective is to initiate research to define a list of pollutants to be investigated before launching a harmonized measurement test campaign. Some of these techniques are now widely used in farms. To extend this work and in the most comprehensive approach possible, our research team is working on the development of farm-level practices to integrate different environmental concerns: water quality, air. In order for these changes in practice to be truly appropriate for farmers and therefore have an effect on air and water quality, they must be coherent, practical and agronomic, and economically viable. On the other hand, the aim of this project is to show the impact of climate change on the agricultural sector and on agricultural production, based on data analysis of all parameters that cause climate change in Coordination with the necessary agricultural conditions. This will allow us to set up a climate change prediction system for the determination of the parameters of a risk prediction model and the prediction of periods of drought and flood. Our final ambition for this project is the realization of in-depth scientific and experimental field research by specialists and experts in the field (Applied to the two different regions of EL Jadida and Larache), to set up a system that helps decision-makers and farmers protecting the environment and production and adapting crops according to climatic variations. This system consists of several layers that ensure proper functioning of the process from the collection of data in real time via networks of wireless sensors, geolocation and the transmission of data via radio waves (5th generation) for possible filtering, Cleaning, storage and analysis in order to define an incremental knowledge database that can be used in the decision support system. This system can be used as a reference and generalized at the international level.

In this paper, we propose a new system that has been dubbed 3SD "Security and Surveillance System for Drivers". It is a multifunction system as a complete package based on intelligent sensors and cameras that constantly monitor the vehicle's environment and the behavior of the driver to detect early so potentially dangerous situations. In critical driving situations, these systems alert and actively help the driver; if necessary, they automatically intervene to prevent or mitigate the consequences of an accident.
