This study examined the effects of management of diversity dimensions on employee performance in selected Kenyan Public Universities. A cross sectional descriptive survey design was employed for the study. The target population comprised all the 1,900 employees working in selected Public Universities in Kenya. A sample of 330 respondents was selected using both stratified and simple random sampling methods. Data was collected using semi-structured questionnaire. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed in the analysis of data. The study found existence of a positive correlation between employee performance and diversity dimensions on employee performance in Public Universities in Kenya of about 29 percent. Therefore, Public Universities in Kenya should ensure Diversity Dimension is well managed since it influences employee performance.
