Retardation of physical growth and persistance of cyanosis in the older children and frequent cyanotic spells and failure to thrive in the youngest child were the main presenting features. The diagnosis of Fallot’s tetralogy was based purely on the clinical signs, E.G.G. records and radiological features. In addition, the variable degree of spinal scoliosis, vertebral clefts and other congenital malformations of the ribs were recorded. The persistence of the right aortic arch in association with costo-vertebral anomalies and Fallot’s tetralogy in one of our cases was another interesting anomaly.

This occurs most commonly in the legs, but it also may affect the arms, face, head, or internal organs. We report a term male neonate presented with port wine stain, varicose veins and excessive growth of soft tissue of lower limbs consistent with Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome.
