The reason for discussing occupation/employment is related to high rate of unemployment in Iran. In this regard, it was expected that information technologies could provide new jobs for educated job seekers. Fuzzy logic has been adopted in this research due to the linguistic, qualitative nature of the assessment indicators of strategies. The conceptual model of research revealed that information technology plays a dual role in job creation. In the short term, the information technology reduced the employment, however in the long time, increased the employment. In order to achieve the goal of strategy choices with the logic close to human intelligence, an 8-step process was proposed and designed. The results of fuzzy inference, indicated a better compliance with the existing realities as well as systems of human thought and the feasibility of available strategies ...

The study also measures the productivity of different banks using Malmquist index and the results are compared with relative efficiency of banks. The proposed model uses nine financial factors reported by the bank officials for both studies where five items are used for efficiency measurement and the other four items are used for productivity measurement. The results indicate that different banks perform inefficient in terms of efficiency but they have attempted to increase their productivity. We also analyze the results and give guidelines on how inefficient units could increase their efficiency by reducing their inputs or increasing their outputs.

There are always some budget limitations on any customer relationship method, which leads us to prioritize different alternatives. In this paper, we present an empirical method based on an integrated Kano and fuzzy analytical hierarchy procedure to rank suitable alternatives. The proposed model of this paper uses a questionnaire survey to gather customer's opinions and implements the method for a real-world case study of transportation planning. The questionnaire includes 37 questions distributed among 976 passengers for two trips in Iran. The results indicate that driver's physical and mental health, buss equipments with GPS functionality and familiarity of drivers with road and road's conditions play important role on choosing a transportation company.

New banks try to present better services to absorb customers and traditional banks attempt to improve their services to retain their existing customers. In such environment and with limited amount of resources, there is a necessity to prioritize different influencing factors on the quality of the services. The proposed study of this paper presents a multi criteria decision making method along with Kano method to prioritize the most influencing factors of service quality. The proposed study of this paper is implemented for one of the oldest banks in Iran called Sepah. We have gathered different factors influencing customer satisfaction for all Sepah banks located in Semnan, Iran and using, analytical hierarchy process we provide a detailed ranking.

In recent years, efforts have been made to guide investors and models have been presented; amongst these models, the portfolio optimization models have become a tool for improving decisions. In the current study, efforts have been made to offer a practical solution for optimal portfolio selection. For this purpose, a multiobjective mathematical programming model based on DEA and C5 classification algorithm have been designed and then, genetic algorithm has been used as a tool to achieve an optimal combination of risk and rating. According to the obtained results, it has been shown that C5 and Data envelopment analysis model Based on genetic algorithms offers an optimal risk and rating combination and increases problem solving speed.

Since in many cases there is no historical data for this purpose and it is necessary to have more than one output, it is necessary to use expert opinions and consequently, model expert opinions in the form of mathematical functions, adds to the complexity of the task and the importance of the problem. To solve such problems, this paper presents a ten-step process using fuzzy rule-based systems. At the first step, the three inputs that include: the price of OPEC oil, the level of Iran and Saudi relations and the level of political tension in OPEC member countries and also the three output variables that include: the amount of employment, the economic growth, and the oil price forecast, have been modeled in the form of trapezoidal and triangular functions. Then, these variables have been converted to linear functions. In the next steps, the three-dimensional decision tables were designed...

Hence, attaining a comprehensive performance evaluation, confident, trustable and flexible method is one of major and basic concerns of current organizations, aimed at obtaining enough and accurate information about their status through resorting it. With their outlook to future, these organizations need a compressive flexible method to take lesson from their previous mistakes. With the application of a performance measurement system based on strategy, activities and affairs can be managed effectively, efficiently and degree of success, work output and work progress can be measured in materialization of strategic objectives. For identification and recognition of their current situation and getting progress and succ...

Research statistical society involves the whole employees of Tose'e Ta'avon Bank of Semnan province. For collecting needed research data to analyze hypothesis, Smith's (2006) knowledge management effectiveness questionnaire has been used with 50 questions in ten dimensions and also competitive advantage questionnaire with five questions. For evaluating the validity of questionnaires we forwarded them to 5 experts and then for confirming the Reliability of the questionnaires Cronbach's alpha was conducted. The results of analyses show that all dimensions of knowledge management effectiveness are independent from each other and all affect competitive advantage. Regarding to the prioririzing of research dimensions, the highest rank belongs to technology, and the least for structures of...
