This development has helped people to achieve many great scientific achievements, but this development has led to a rapid increase in the demand for electric energy in recent years. The traditional electricity supply from fossil fuels is gradually depleting, which has prompted the search for clean and renewable energy sources to gradually replace the dependence on this energy source. Prosumer, HEMS (home energy management system), and other solutions have been researched and applied to optimize electrical energy sources. However, for countries that mainly use fossil energy sources like Vietnam, these solutions are not effective. Policy on the management could help to solve this problem, in particular, the price policy is the solution that Vietnam has used to effectively manage this energy source. This article analyzes the issues of applica...

To realize this problem, we use the ILPnet2 database and model it as a co-authorship network in which the graph's nodes represent the authors and the links between two nodes means the two corresponding authors have some common papers. And what we have to do is predicting the preferred topics of authors in this network. Based on the original algorithm in [8], we propose a general algorithm with some basic assumptions and definitions and apply it to solve our problem. Finally, we use the ROC Analysis and Regression Estimation model to evaluate the Degree of Accuracy of the algorithm.

In the frequency of Fc gammaRIIA genotypes, the homozygosity of Fc gammaRIIA-H131 was four (8.3%) of 48 SLE patients and 16 (37.2%) of 43 healthy controls (P < 0.01). The allele frequency of Fc gammaRIIA-H131 in SLE patients was also significantly lower than that in the controls (P < 0.05). The unusual distribution of Fc gammaRIIA polymorphism suggested that Fc gammaRIIA might be involved in the development of SLE in Vietnamese patients.

Concanavalin A (Con A) induced the formation of multinucleated giant cells (MGC) whereas pokeweed mitogen and phytohemagglutinin did not do it. Con A-induced MGC were positive for tartrate- resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) activity, a histochemical marker of osteoclasts. Murine splenic macrophages differentiated into TRAP-positive and multinucleated cells in response to Con A whereas peritoneal macrophages did not. The culture supernatant from Con A-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells did not cause the MGC formation. The relationship between Con A-induced GMC formation and osteoclastgenesis is discussed.
