Before the stress the correlation resistance was found to be comparable with the access series resistance while, after the stress, the correlation resistance decreases and the access series resistance increases. This increase suggests that the stress degrades the access regions of the transistor. On the other hand, the observed behaviour of the correlation resistance is explained in terms of an intrinsic noise source, \u3a0-topology based low frequency noise model. It is shown that the correlation resistance is a useful indicator of surface recombination mechanisms. In particular, one intrinsic noise source in the model is associated with the degradation of the extrinsic base surface around the emitter perimeter

Second, it aims to introduce a method called COGuiNF (Commissioning Guidelines of Nuclear Facilities) which would allow to prepare in relation with MBSE processes then drive relevant activities for the commissioning of Nuclear Facilities. COGuiNF must define, formalize and feed the inherent relations to be managed between engineering and commissioning. This article focuses on the five components of the COGuiNF method.

An aerospace application of this work is presented to underline the importance of rapid and flexible prototyping. Single Carrier Frequency division multiple Access (SC-FDMA), with a very low Peak Average Power Ratio (PAPR), is a promising alternative to the OFDM scheme for highly power constraint applications, however, it is still not well explored. The chosen radio interface will be tested by means of Electronic System Level (ESL) synthesis and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) prototyping. The ESL development is based on the tool "Synplify DSP", which allows quick prototyping and makes it possible to do real measurements, thus increasing the knowledge about the propagation channel to update the model and algorithm

Typically, ring resonator filters suffer from large occupation area and limited out of band rejection. These limitations are tackled in this work by means of a threefold approach. On the one hand, the use of internal folded stubs allows the exploitation of the internal ring area yielding more than 70% of overall size reduction with respect to conventional orthogonal straight stubs solution. On the other hand, the introduction of Defected Ground Structures (DGS) and Uniplanar Compact-Photonic Bandgap (UC-PBG) structures, formed by etching patterns in the ground plane of the filter, enhances by great extends the rejection of higher order modes providing a stopband that reaches 4.7 GHz beside offering a further advantage in terms of size reduction. The two approaches are first separately validated and then simultan...
