Almost every regime of political leadership in Nigeria develops and projects policies that should actually transform and redefine the course of living among the people but usually fail in bringing them into reality. Most of the time, the leaders have allowed Nigerian society to be plagued with violence, hatred, tribalism, nepotism, criminality, political instability, insecurity, corruption and intimidation. Nigerian leaders do not run an impactful and purposeful government and this has resulted in rampant poverty, poor infrastructure/social amenities, banditry, kidnapping and the like. This work is therefore an interpretation of the pericope of Matthew 5:13-16 in the context of political leadership in Nigeria. Among other things, the pericope of Matt 5:13-16 tasks Nigerian politicians to see themselves as role models to Nigerians; it tasks them also to ensure the provision of basic social amenities and tackling poverty that is a chronic problem in Nigeria today. It is in this regard, that the masses will then be willing to render positive legitimacy to their political leaders and appreciate the fact that they have leaders with their interest at heart.

It promotes an empirical and iterative approach that facilitates customer collaboration, feedback loops, and fast delivery. Still, the ability to be flexible and to develop faster might not be enough to create innovative products that the customers love. For that, Design Thinking matches technology with the way people think, by imagining their interaction with the product and generating ideas about their actual problems and needs. Lean Startup validates these ideas after a short period of time by promoting the creation of a simple product that is provided to the customers to check if the initial business hypotheses are still standing. There is not a clearly defined handover point between Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile during the product creation process; they are complementary and overlapping at some points. However, combining their key aspects is essential for the success of the product. This paper describes how to match these three powerful concepts into a five-day workshop to set the stage for a new product development process.

While alarming rate of melting sea ice and loss of glaciermass, as well as depletion of natural resources have carried the terms sustainability and sustainable development at the top of the global agenda, the diplomatic value of cross-border scientific networks are increasingly recognized in polar regions. The tools and techniques of foreign policy are obliged to comply with a world of increasing scientific and technical complexity in order to formulate an effective diplomacy process. Hence, at the nexus of science and diplomacy, science diplomacy holds potential to promote sustainability governance across the Arctic region. The aim of this study is to examine the role of science diplomacy as a new form of governance in the Arctic. How science diplomacy generates solutions for inherent tensions, as well as its boundaries and limitations are also discussed.

This explains that the formation of culture in community groups is influenced by the place, time, and conditions in which these humans live. This leads to an understanding that in general culture can be interpreted as a phenomenal order or visible symptoms and as an ideational order, namely the area of ideas (Hasan, 2011). The reality faced by society is a challenge in living

The analysis shows that with the use of ODA and para-military resources provided by Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF), Japanese money has been invested heavily in Afghanistan and Iraq for the past two decades, with no major signs of improvement in "human security", which constitutes the major argument for Japan to assist peacebuilding projects abroad. Japan still seems to have a good reason to keep assisting these fragile nations, and expecting a "co-play" between ODA and JSDF to reduce the fragility.
