In this method, we adopt stochastic optimization, deterministic optimization and a local enumeration strategy to dynamically reconstruct the problem structure and make the" transition" from a local minimum point. The quantitative analysis based on Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) technology is affected by th... more The quantitative analysis based on Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) technology is affected by the temperature and pressure properties of gas and the H2O cross section, so the applications of FTIR technology to high-precision measurement area of the greenhouse gases and isotope ratio are restricted. Firstly, the methods of correcting the gas property sensitivities and H2O cross sensitivity are studied, then the standard gas measurements are corrected with these sensitivity correcting functions established through experimental study. The standard deviations of CO, CO2, N2O, CH4 and δ13CO2 are all improved after correcting the sensitivities, and reduced by 1.80-3.38 times. These studies are significant for the applications of FTIR technology to the high-precision measurement area of greenhouse gases and isotope ratio.

The temperature and pressure effect on the values of CO2 and 13CO2 are investigated. Both the standard gas and air sample gas are continuously measured using this method. Precision and accuracy are improved by comparing with the measurements of standard gas after correction using the law of temperature and pressure effect on the values of CO2 and 13CO2.

The key to the quantitative resolution is to obtain the background radiation in application process. The existing methods (such as measuring the background and atmosphere radiance spectrum in the same condition or uptake) need in advance or at the same time to measure the background spectrum without target. So, they are difficult to satisfy the demand for rapid response in the practical application. According to the infrared radiation transmission model analysis and by studying the principle of measured spectrum in the 800-1200 cm-1 band containing the target, background and environmental radiation, we propose a real-time spectrum extraction algorithm that does not require to measure the background target feature. A high-performance capillary electrophoretic method for determination of five benzimidazoles (thi... more A high-performance capillary electrophoretic method for determination of five benzimidazoles (thiabendazole, albendazole, fenbendazole, mebendazole, oxfendazole) in animal feeds was developed. Separation was carried out in an 80.5 cm 75 m id fused-silica uncoated capillary and injected by hydrodynamic injection (35 mbar 8 s) at a wavelength detection of 295 nm. The drugs were completely resolved in 50 mmol/L citric acid buffer (pH 1.9) with 30 kV at a temperature of 25C. Linear range was 180 g/mL; limits of detection for the analytes were less than 2 mg/kg; the overall recoveries for benzimidazoles were >73, with coefficients of variation below 10.

To cope with dense chip design for VLSI systems, a new routing paradigm, called X-Architecture, is introduced. In this paper, we present novel resources estimation and routability models for standard cell global routing in X-Architecture. By using these models, we route the chip with a compensationbased convergent approach, called COCO, in which a random sub-tree growing (RSG) heuristic is used to construct and refine routing trees within several iterations. The router has been implemented and tested on MCNC and ISPD’98 benchmarks and some industrial circuits. The experimental results are compared with two typical existing routers (labyrinth and SSTT). It indicates that our router can reduce the total wire length and overflow more than 10 % and 80 % on average, respectively. 1
