Carriera
modificaCresciuto nel settore giovanile del Preston N.E., il 21 febbraio 2013 ha esordito in prima squadra disputando l'incontro di Football League One perso 3-1 contro il Yeovil Town.
Dopo alcuni prestiti, a partire dal 2017 diviene membro stabile della prima squadra del Preston.
Il 1º febbraio 2021 viene ingaggiato dal Liverpool.[3][4]
Il 16 agosto viene ufficializzato il suo passaggio in prestito allo Sheffield Utd.[5][6]
Il 19 luglio 2022 viene ceduto a titolo definitivo ai Rangers.[7][8]
