Recent projections suggest that India is on track to overtake China as the most populous nation by 2027. China's population is older than India's and beginning to age rapidly, which may limit economic growth, while an increasing percentage of India's population will consist of working-age people through 2030, has given India an important demographic advantage. The impact of this demographic shift on economic growth will depend on many factors, including the infrastructure, education system, and health care systems in each country and how well other country integrates women into its workforce. While this milestone signifies a significant demographic shift, it also brings forth a range of opportunities and threats for India. This article examines the implications of India's population surpassing China, highlighting both the potential advantages and challenges it may face.

The term 'per pupil expenditure' is the more specific indication of university expenditure that indicates the provision and allocation of resource inputs into university. The result of the multiple regression models shows that per-pupil expenditure and pupil teacher ratio have insignificant role in producing the academic attainment in terms of average annual marks and graduation rate of PG and M.Phil level. Theaccess of university income over its expenditure revels that university is not able to optimally use of its financial resources.

The effectiveness of checkpointing depends on the selection of the number of checkpoint interval and the duration of checkpoint interval. Fluctuating checkpointing interval can delay job execution. In this paper, a new fault-tolerant job scheduling algorithm based on checkpointing technique is presented and evaluated. While scheduling the job, the system uses RFOH to have both average failure time and failure rate of grid resources combined with resources latency to generate scheduling decisions. In RFOH, the system uses the tendency of failure of the previously assigned resources to calculate the checkpoint interval for each job. Various simulated experiments are conducted to quantify the performance of the proposed system in the grid simulator. Experiments have shown that the proposed system can considerably improve latency.
