Methods: The study employs a combination of literature review and case study analysis to explore specific vulnerabilities such as re-entrance attacks, transaction malleability, and the risks associated with third-party integrations. Various recommendations are offered to address the outlined vulnerabilities in blockchains and smart contacts.
Conclusion: Securing blockchain platforms against emerging threats requires a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses technological innovation, stringent regulatory oversight, and comprehensive user education. It advocates for ongoing research and collaborative efforts todevelop robust security measures that ensure the sustainable integration of blockchain technology into global digital infrastructures, thereby maximizing its transformative potential while minimizing associated risks. Enhancing the understanding of blockchain's security needs and continuously adapting to emerging threats are crucial for the technology’s future resilience and widespread adoption.

Various scholars have linked strong organisational culture to high workforce productivity as a whole; the effect on specific constructs of productivity is yet to be outset. The main aim of this thesis was to analyse the link between organisational culture and employees productivity and outsets the specific effect of organisational culture on employees, motivation, commitment and leadership effectiveness, which are core components of workforce productivity. The research design took the form of a systematic review based on the structural-functionalist and ecological adaptation theories to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The research question was formulated using the PICOC Framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome and Context). Specific keywords and phrases were used to search relevant articles in four research databases: ProQuest, EBSCO host, Emerald Insight, and Elsevier. 18 studies were sampled for the research. They were then summarised, synthesised, critiqued and compared to answer the research question. The findings from the study are herein presented.

Essentially, deteriorating mental health results in the inability for an individual to take care of oneself; this leads to an increased burden of care to the caregivers. One of the devastating effects of poor mental health is deteriorated cognitive abilities that thwart an individual’s line of thought and memories. Various researchers have found concussion to cause mental health issues and contribute to the exacerbation of various mental health conditions. This study’s findings indicate that the American football contributes vastly to the reported cases of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), with a significant number of players suffering from CTE either during or after years of active participation in NFL.

Business organizations have come up with better marketing techniques to widen their market share and customer base. Celebrity endorsement has emerged to be an effective marketing strategy that has widely been used by different business organizations. Endorsement entails the use of names and personalities of the celebrities in advertisements for company products and services that such individuals might not be necessarily experts. With due regard to the increase in celebrity endorsement practices in advertising, the purpose of this paper was to investigate the impact and usefulness of celebrity endorsement in communication management, brand management and analyze the correlating factors that are critical to the success or failure of the celebrity endorsements deal. It was equally important for the study to evaluate the impact of celebrity endorsement and its influence on consumer behaviour as far as it pertains to brand preferences. The study entailed the use of a quantitative approach that was carried out through a fully structured questionnaire; one for the customers and the other for medium and large-size business enterprises managers. The study was carried out in Kenya and, therefore, targeted customers and organizations in Kenya as well. An ordinal weighted scale was used in coding the data obtained from the questionnaire. The findings clearly show that celebrity endorsement remains a useful and strategic marketing tool.

However, there have been seemingly little strides in the development of user interfaces, specifically for industrial machines and equipment. The aim of this study was to assess the efficiency of the human-machine interfaces in the Kenyan context in providing a consistent and reliable working environment for industrial machine operators. The researcher employed a convenient purposive sampling to select 15 participants who had at least two years of hands-on experience in machines operation, control, or instrumentation. The results of the study are herein presented, including the recommendations to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.

This study aimed at describing how business models create an impact in terms of sustainability in the aviation industry. A systematic literature review of 16 articles from 5 credible databases was carried out to explain various sustainability strategy concepts and models. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to determine the articles that fit the topic of sustainability. The study utilized a systematic review and documentary analysis to explain how the data was gathered from different authors. The research findings revealed that airline companies usually combine different aspects of business models with meeting the needs of their customers and comply with environmental guidelines for sustainability. The study also revealed that airlines should review their operations by using alternative fuels and inventing new aircraft designs to enhance efficiency and comply with GRI guidelines. The study concluded that firms in the aviation industry should boost their efforts to attain sustainability by adopting business models that match customers' values and consider environmental issues to enhance the well-being of the community it serves. While the aviation industry is perceived as unstable to overcome pressure in the long-run, the industry strives to intensify innovation and adopt the new ULCC model to minimize operating costs.

Research Design: A quantitative descriptive research design was used. This was achieved by administering a fully structured survey questionnaire to 37 participants selected through a purposive convenient sampling method. Place and Duration of Study: The study was carried out on the Kenyan hospitality industry within four months, from February to May 2021 Findings: The study findings show that the majority of the companies asserted that CSR activities are primarily important in enhancing the organization's brand image to the prospective and general public as a whole, improving risk management strategies and compliance with ethical business practices. However, other additional benefits of organizations' engagement in CSR include reduced employee turnover, improved organizational culture, improved financial performance, and better legal compliance.

This implies that faulty decision by the Supreme Court has a ripple effect, characterized by adversities in the delivery of justice across the board. Over the years, the United States Supreme Court has made various landmark rulings, some of which have been regarded as the worst decisions ever, while others have been deemed exemplary. From the 1900s and to around the mid-1900s, the United States Supreme Court made various rulings, the majority of which touched on racial segregation and discrimination of ethnic minorities. The rulings set critical precedence and gave guidelines to states with respect to the formulation and implementation of state laws. Understanding such rulings can greatly shed light regarding the historical background of the United States judicial system and what can be done to foster justice and equality in the future.
