I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman Research Institute working with Dr Donna Rose Addis and Dr Yang Xu. You can reach me at ikinley@research.baycrest.org.

Code projects

tempodisco: I wrote an R package for working with temporal discounting data. It is available here and contains many vignettes for getting started. Some of the methods implemented in the package are described in this preprint.

Web-based psychology research: I have written a number of tools for web-based research that integrate with jsPsych. A full list of these tools, including demonstrations and links to source code/preprints, can be found here.

PuPl: A few years ago, I wrote a graphical tool called "PuPl" for preprocessing pupillometry data. The paper describing PuPl was eventually published in Behaviour Research Methods. If you would like to use the tool, the best place to start is the GitHub page, where you can download the source code and read the manual.

Plant game: For about 3 years, my distraction from work was creating a strategy game about growing a plant. It takes 5–20 minutes to beat. You can play it here.
