Most of the variants cause no concern for human health. Some others have had worse outcomes in terms of transmissibility, vaccination resistance, and, generally, the survival of patients infected with SARS-CoV-2. Objectives: This study investigated the mutation of interest in the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2. Methods: Ribonucleic acid (RNA) was extracted from 40 swap samples. Next, the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay was carried out to detect the RBD. Investigation of SARS-COV-2 RBD was performed completely by phylogenetic and tree alignment. The multiple sequence alignment (MSA) of the biological sequence of RBD was created by BioEdit, Snap Gene, and MEGA software and was then compared to sequences of different variants of SARS-COV-2 in the GenBank (National Center for Biotechnology Information). Deoxynivalenol (DON) is one of themost common trichothecene toxins produced by F. graminearum. Wheat, rice, corn (maize), oats, barley and other grains used for human and animalconsumption are frequently contaminated with DON. DON affects animal and humanhealth causing vomiting, acute temporary nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, and fever. In this paper, we reviewed recent studies inDON contamination in cereals and cereal based products.

Associations of the XRCC3 Thr241Met polymorphism with various cancers have been widely reported. However, published data on links between XRCC3 Thr241Met and gastrointestinal (GI) cancer risk are inconsistent. Objective and Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted to characterize the relationship between XRCC3 Thr241Met polymorphisms and GI cancer risk. Pooled odds ratios (ORs) and 95.0% confidence intervals were assessed using random- or fixed- effect models for 28.0 relevant articles with 30.0 studies containing 7,649.0 cases and 11,123.0 controls. Results: The results of the overall meta-analysis suggested a borderline association between the XRCC3 Thr241Met polymorphism and GI cancer susceptibility (T vs. C: OR=1.18, 9 % CI=1.0–1.4, POR=0.04; TT vs. CT+CC: OR=1.3, 95 % CI=1.0–1.6, POR=0.04). Several studies have shown that Nitric oxide (NO) has several important roles in schizophrenia with type 2 Diabetes. Several studies have demonstrated that that eNOS might play a role in schizophrenia and type 2 Diabetes .We conducted study including a clinically well-defined group of 67 schizophrenia with type 2Diabetespatients and 60 healthy case to test the association between NOS3 G894T polymorphism and schizophrenia and type 2 Diabetes in Iranian population. So the NOS3 gene G894T polymorphism were carried out using ARMS-PCR method and then, the data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results of this study showed considerable association between Catatonic Schizophrenia with type 2 Diabetes disease and NOS3 gene G894T polymorphism in Iranian population.

Methods: A sum of 40 male mice with an average weight of 35-30 g and then randomly divided into four equal groups Compatible courses, Include: (1) Control group: saline recipient. (2) Sham group1: received lead acetate for 7 days and after 25 days of normal diet. (3) Sham group2: received formulations for 25 days with a dose of 200 mg/kg. (4) Intervention group: This received a solution of lead acetate in drinking water at a dose (ppm1000) for 7 days and 25 days post -dose formulation 200 mg/kg, the results of the statistical program SPSS software, one way ANOVA and T-test range test were used for statistical analysis...

Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) has been known as the most potent toxin among various aflatoxins. Aflatoxins are highly toxic, immunosuppressive, mutagenic, teratogenic, and carcinogenic compounds. The main target organ for their toxicity and carcinogenicity is the liver . Probiotics are microbial food supplements that beneficially affect the health of the host. Probiotic bacteria are used to balance the intestinal flora and to prevent several gastrointestinal disorders. In this review, recent developments in biocontrol of AFB1 by probiotic bacteria have been investigated.

The Cadmium is toxic and harmful for the environment; therefore, the biological removing programs were developed for deletion of this metal from waste. Detection of persisting bacteria to toxic metals and using them for removing heavy metal from arouses environments and wastewaters is very important. In this study the ability of Halomonas elongate IBRC-M10433 bacterium was achieved from Urmia Salt Lake was tested to remove of Cadmium in wastewaters. For achievement optimised of different environmental factors such as Cadmium, Glucose and salt for removal of Cadmium from H. elongate IBRC-M10433, we used Taguchi method. Results from this study showed that H. elongate IBRC-M10433 persists to Cadmium metal. The largest Cadmium removal (85%) was seen in the culture that contains 50 ppm Cadmium, Glucose 10 g/L and NaCl 200 g/L.

Gundelia tournefortii L. is a medicinal plant, native to Asia, used as an occasional food source, and its extracts have been used for prevention and treatment of diabetes disease. Aim: The aim of this study was to effects of aqueous extract of gunnera (Gundelia tournefortii L) on the blood serum sugar levels and changes in the streptozotocin-induced diabetic pancreatic tissue of rat. Methods: A sum of 36 male Wistar rats were categorized into six study groups. In a 21 day study period, aqueous extract were given every day throughout the study period whereas. On day 21, fasting blood samples, body mass and pancreatic tissues were collected and processed for blood sugar estimation and the determined val...

In order to maximize its therapeutic effects, it is essential to develop new approaches for preparing the controlled drug release systems which, in turn, facilities the dissociation of CH into calcium and hydroxyl ions. This work studies the sustained-controlled release of calcium ions and the effect of pH changes on the different formulation of CH with hydrophilic natural polymers over a period of 30 days. Various formulations were prepared by combining CH with gelatin, aloe vera and gum tragacanth. Root canals of 60 human teeth were instrumented and filled with a different formulation of CH and suspended in plastic tubes containing distilled water. Three formulas of polymer/CH were evaluated, and pure CH powder was used as a control. At specific time intervals, the calcium ions release and the pH changes of the medium in different formulations were analyzed. The main interactions between the studi...

These cells modulate the immune system (humoral and cellular immune responses) in vitro by producing soluble factors (anti-inflammatory molecules) and/or making cell-cell contacts. Hence, they could be used in regenerative medicine, tissue engineering and immune therapy. MSCs-based therapy have been recently used for treatment of cancer regarding the migratory potential of these cells towards tumor cells which makes them considerable candidates, also for cell therapy in both allogeneic and autologous settings. So, this review attempts to focus on the factors secreted by MSCs such as cytokines, their functional role in mounting and controlling immune responses mediated by different immune cell subpopulations and their significance in regenerative medicine in clinical trials.
