Players and coaches from around the globe participated in the United World Games in June in Austria. The relationship between immigration policy and food policy was the focus of a series of talks given by Jennifer Parker, an associate professor of sociology at Penn State Lehigh Valley, during a recent lectureship at the University of Zagreb in Croatia, in the Department of Political Science and the Department of Strategic Communication. Parker and her research were also featured in Croatia’s primary newspaper.
