As a strategic partner, Human Resources supports Auburn University Libraries by ensuring human resources services, policies, and practices align with the University's mission, vision and strategic goals. In partnership with the departments, Provost Office and University Human Resources, Human Resources:
- Attracts top faculty and staff to meet educational and research initiatives of faculty, staff and students
- Encourages and promotes engagement, development, and support of Librarians and support staff
- Rewards and recognizes top performers who demonstrate excellence in research and service
- Executes operational excellence to ensure accountability and compliance with established policies and procedures
