Abstract

In recent years, the Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a field of study and application with great potential in various areas, including environmental monitoring, healthcare, agriculture, and resource management. Within the scope of IoT, wireless sensor networks play a fundamental role by enabling the collection and transmission of data from multiple geographically distributed devices. However, due to the limitations of energy, processing capacity, and bandwidth in these devices, designing efficient strategies becomes a challenge. In wireless sensor networks, IoT strategies play a crucial role. These strategies include energy management to optimize the power consumption of sensor nodes, security to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of transmitted data, efficient data routing to minimize latency and maximize information delivery, and quality of service to meet specific application requirements. The effective implementation of these strategies in wireless sensor networks offers numerous benefits, such as increased operational efficiency, better resource utilization, enhanced reliability, and improved user experience. However, it also poses challenges, such as managing data security and privacy, interoperability between devices and systems, and scalability of the infrastructure.
