About the editors
William Lawton is a London-based consultant in international higher education. His principal research interests are in TNE, mobility, digital education and policy. He was Director of the Observatory on Borderless Higher Education.
Christopher Hill is Associate Professor at the British University in Dubai, UAE. He has worked in the field of TNE for the past 12 years as a practitioner and researcher and has extensive experience with the branch campus model in Asia and the Middle East.
