About the editors
Victoria is an author and has published seven books and various articles on topic related to international arbitration, energy transitions, oil, gas, renewable energy, climate change and mining. Victoria offers extensive experience in the energy and mining sectors having woked with various institutions; regional and international organizations, including assignments for EITI International Secretariat with support from USAID; TheUniversity of Dundee; The Queen Mary University of London (EU Energy Decarbonisation Project); The International Energy Charter Secretariat in Belgium; The Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment in New York; the East African Community Secretariat (EAC) in Tanzania; The University of Dundee in Scotland; the Southern African Development Community Secretariat (SADC) in Botswana; International Arbitration Case Law in New York (editor).
Prof. Damilola S. Olawuyi SAN, FCIArb is Professor and UNESCO Chair on Environmental Law and Sustainable Development at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Doha, Qatar. He is also Chancellor's Fellow and Director of the Institute for Oil, Gas, Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development (OGEES Institute) at Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. He is an Independent Expert of the United Nations Working group on Business and Human Rights. Prior to this he served as an Independent Expert on the African Union's WorkingGroup on Extractive Industries, Environment and Human Rights Violations in Africa. A senior advocate of Nigeria, he provides legal advice and serves as a Senior Counsel and Arbitrator at McNair International.
