Aimee Pedretti, GPHR, SHRM-SCP,  is a futurist working at the intersection of AI, Human Resources, and organizational transformation. She’s an experienced global HR leader, executive coach, and consultant. Aimee built and led the Futures Team at Mineral (now part of Mitratech). Her passion is equipping people with Strategic Foresight methods and mindsets—expanding their sense of possibility, agency, and optimism about the future. In her current role as Principal, AI Transformation, she brings deep HR expertise to AI product development.
