As a result, there is damage to the network and the structure and function of the road. Uncertainty in volume, traffic growth that exceeds the plan, and limited funds have a very strong influence on the shape of the road. This study aimed to determine the condition of the road surface and road service functions to find out the service life of the pavement and the relationship between the Present Serviceability Index value and the International Roughness Index on the flexible pavement. Secondary data collection such as IRI and traffic volume is used for modeling and reviewing road service functions. The results show that the remaining road life will end in year 8, a 2-year decrease from the 10-year plan. The relationship between PSI and IRI plans has an R2 value of 0.9981, while the actual condition has an R2 of 0.9976.

Parking is often a problem in the transportation system, both in big and developing cities that always face parking problems. The COVID-19 pandemic, in general, has affected various activities, including transportation and parking. This paper will discuss road performance and parking characteristics in the office area. The research method was carried out by surveying the parking area before the COVID-19 pandemic, during large-scale social restrictions, and after the new normal and calculating the roads' level of service. Data were collected from the south quarter office area and Jalan TB Simatupang. The results showed a decrease in parking volume up to 66.22% when large-scale social restrictions then increased 41.71% after implementing new-normal and for the performance of roads after the new normal service levels A and B for a weekend. While weekends are at levels C and D. The results showed that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the performance of roads and the characteristics of vehicle parking in office areas.

Bekasi City, as the gateway and buffer for the capital city of Jakarta, has high mobility due to the density of the city of Jakarta. This study aims to determine the characteristics and factors that influence mode selection, mode selection models that can explain probabilities, as well as people's preferences in choosing the Commuter Line Electric Train (KRL) and Transjakarta Bus transportation modes used by the people of Bekasi City to East Jakarta. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey using the Stated Preference method, distributed offline and online. Furthermore, the data from the survey were processed using regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between the response variable, namely the choice of travelers on a numerical scale (Y), with changes in the analyzed attributes, namely the difference in travel costs (X1), travel time (X2), and the departure time of each mode ...

These problems affect the quality of transportation operations, including road capacity, conditions, and travel route selection. Jalan Raya Kodau intersection is the main access to connect vehicles exiting and entering the intersection area, located at Jalan Raya Kodau, Jatimekar, Jatiasih, Bekasi City. The goal of this study is to determine the volume of vehicles passing through the Kodau road intersection, as well as to obtain performance and capacity results on road sections and intersections and then provide alternative solutions to problems that occur at the intersection. The research uses methods that refer to the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023) and include capacity analysis of intersections and road sections, taking into account the influence of traffic flow conditions, geometry, and the environment, based on primary data obtained directly through field surveys. Based on the results of the analysis, the saturation degree value is 0.46 and has level of service A, while in the intersection analysis, the saturation degree value is 1.23 and the delay at the intersection is 49.55 seconds per drive, as well as queuing opportunities of 126.428%-61.871% and level of service at intersection E. By using alternative 1, the degree of saturation (DJ) is obtained at 0.87, with a delay of 14.954 seconds per drive, as well as queuing opportunities of 60.01%-30.39% at intersection B.

However, until now, CPHMA still needs to be considered strong against natural challenges with high rainfall. This paper aims to test the performance of CPHMA with Portland cement filler against the Immersion Test. The immersion test is a laboratory model as an approach to immersion due to rainfall on road preservation. The test specimens were selected based on the optimum asphalt content, comprising 57 pieces. Tests are carried out in the laboratory with various Indonesian National Standard tests. Then the Marshall test was carried out with standard conditions (2x75 collisions) to determine density, stability, yield, Marshall quotient, standard durability tests, and modified durability to determine the durability index value. The Immersion test results showed that CPHMA with 1% Portland cement as filler and optimum asphalt co...

Implementing the Long Segment Maintenance Contract (LSMC) is one step in producing better road services and performance. The success rate of PMS implementation can be seen from the road performance and the level of satisfaction of stakeholders consisting of owners, implementers, supervision consultants, and users. This research was conducted to determine stakeholders' level of interest and satisfaction in the implementation of LSMC in the mountain road network. The methods used are Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. As a case study, the hills road network in Cirebon-Kuningan-Ciamis, West Java, Indonesia, was chosen along 103.08 km. Questionnaires were distributed to all stakeholders in the implementation of LSCM in these sections.
