The Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility must be an important part of the role of bu... more The Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility must be an important part of the role of business and included in the company's business policies, so the business world is not only an organization that is oriented towards profit achievement, but also has social awareness in the social environment in which the company is located. Corporate Social Responsibility is the core of business ethics, where a company not only has economic and legal obligations to shareholders (shareholders), but the company also has obligations to other interested parties (stakeholders). Taking into these conditions, the NESCAFE team concluded that it is necessary to have an activity that is able to have a positive impact on increasing coffee productivity by holding an activity for Aceh coffee farmers/farmer groups. This activity is intended for coffee farmers/farmer groups in Aceh. The purpose of this NESCAFE CSR activity is to increase the ability of coffee farmers to be able to process coffee plantations to the maximum, because the problem that has been felt by farmers is the lack of productiviy and marketing flow caused by the low knowledge and skills of farmers in maximizing the potential of agricultural products and processing to produce quality coffee.

One of the advertising companies that have implemented a CRM strategy is PT. Plasma Core Media. Based on this, this research was conducted to find out what CRM strategy is used by PT Plasma Inti Media so that it can win the competition and maintain customer loyalty. The limitation of this research concept is the strategy of Customer Retention Marketing and IDIC as a CRM process proposed by Don Peppers and Martha Rogers, as well as One to One Marketing which consists of the first sales stage as an opener of loyalty doors. The research method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and literature study. The researcher presents an overview and description of the implementation of the CRM strategy as it is obtained at the research location. The results show that the CRM strategy carried out by the company is able to make a significant contribution to maintaining customer loyalty and is able to provide long-term benefits for the company. However, there are still some obstacles in implementing the CRM strategy itself, there is no special division that handles CRM issues. But so far PT Plasma Inti Media has been able to overcome these obstacles.

Most cigarette advertisements on television in general highlight the masculinity of a man by displaying various types of extreme sports activities, and things that show muscle, manliness, and courage. Advertising content that is often used by Djarum 76 is the figure of Jin who is characterized by using Javanese traditional clothes. The researcher aims to find out the myth of "Smart Candidates" in the Djarum 76 advertisement version of "Become Smart Candidates". This study uses a critical paradigm with a qualitative approach using the Roland Barthes semotic analysis method. The description of the meaning of "Intelligent Candidates" in this ad is displayed by dividing the meaning of the denotation and its connotation in each scene in the ad, and then analyzing the second meaning of the connotation and myths contained in the ideology in it. It is inevitable that all efforts to instill satirical meanings in Djarum 76 advertisements in the myth of "Smart Candidates" are ultimately ideological games because none other than the purpose of advertising is to influence the audience who are the active target of the product. Although there are other communication options, brand owners and advertisers in such a way try to really carry out a critical process on the social conditions of the community through Djarum 76 advertisements.
