In line with the ever-increasing production needs of companies needing more electrical energy during these electrical disturbances often occur due to power shortage. Dalam menjalankan usahanya PT Triash Artha Dinamika Abadi tidak menggunakan management Project untuk memperhitungkan kebutuhan waktu dan biaya, namun hanya berdasarkan ilmu pengalaman saja, Oleh karena itu perusahaan sering mendapatkan masalah dengan waktu yang telah disepakati. Critical Path Method (CPM) adalah suatu metode perencanaan, penjadwalan yang lebih baik khususnya untuk pemasalahan-permasalahan manejemen proyek dan juga suatu pengendalian yang jauh lebih sistematis dan terkoordinir dengan rapi. Dari hasil penelitian dengan Critical Path Method (CPM) didapat waktu 204 hari dengan biaya Rp 2.615.000.000,-sedangkan percepatan dapat dilakukan dengan biaya tambahan untuk percepatan pada kegiatan G berdasarkan simulasi biaya terendah adalah Rp 6.900.000,00 dengan waktu percepatan 1 hari sedangkan untuk biaya tertinggi adalah Rp 382.375.000,00 dengan waktu percepatan adalah 42 hari.

Therefore, companies often get problems with the agreed time. Critical Path Method (CPM) is a method of planning better scheduling, particularly for manegement problems of the project and also a far more systematic control and terkoordinir neatly. Of research results with Critical Path Method (CPM) obtained time 204 days and costs Rp 2.615.000.000,-whereas the acceleration can be done at an additional cost for the acceleration in activity G based on the simulation of the lowest cost is Rp 6,900,000.00 with time acceleration of 1 day as for the highest fee is Rp 382,375,000.00 with the acceleration time is 42 days.
