Tembaga Mulia Semanan that was established in 1977 and is engaged in the manufacture of copper and aluminium. Problems encountered in the selection of the best employee is the absence of a method and a system used in the process of assessment, so that in the process of assessment sometimes still subjective. Solution provided the author to solve the problem is to be made this decision support system can help the HR division in the process of assessment of the candidates employees quickly and accurately. The system is made using one of the the MADM method, namely TOPSIS, because the concept is simple and easy to understand and efficient computing. Applications are made capable of processing input data in the form of employee data, the data criteria, the data division, alternative data and data weighting criteria. Giving weight values and criteria affect the order of priority of selected employees. This method can be developed with other MADM method for a more accurate comparison of the results, for example by AHP, ELECTRE, SAW, or WP. And applications created can be developed further in mobile-based applications such as Android and iOS.
