Iberoconf Colombia 2023 is the annual conference of Iberocoop, organized by the official chapter of Wikimedia in Colombia (recognized officially in July of 2019).

Established in 2010, Iberocoop (Regional Cooperation Initiative for Ibero-America) is the cooperation network made up of Latin American and Ibero-American communities of the Wikimedia movement. Currently, it is not only a reference network for the regionalization of the Wikimedia Movement but also one of the longest-running cooperation alliances. Since 2011, the network has promoted its conference, Iberoconf. This meeting was held annually from 2011 to 2014, promoted by different organizations belonging to the network, it is held again in 2017, and as of 2019, it resumes its annual frequency. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the seventh version, initially planned for 2020, was postponed, and we will carry it out in Bogotá, in February 2023.

Iberoconf is the bi-annual event of Iberocoop and is established as a space to strengthen the network, alliances, and learning of its members.

==Goals==

By 2023, and after 2 years without face-to-face meetings and taking the community survey as a reference, its main objectives are the following:

Define, rethink and consolidate a regional governance framework in line with the 2030 strategy and the Wikimedia Movement of the future.

Strengthen the development of capacities, learning, and alliances of the participating communities.

Strengthen and (re) establish our links to build a leading, cohesive, and representative network of its current and future members.
