Which PrettyLittleThing was it again?

At the end of today, I will no longer work at PrettyLittleThing...

I handed in my notice shortly before christmas and at time of publication (19th of Febuary 2025), we enter my final day. In my 4 and a half years at PLT, I've gone from a senior developer working at the ground level to being the principal lead of their supply chain tribe. I'm pleased to say that I've coached a number of developers through the early stages of their career, personally took part in hiring many team members, worked closely with various areas of the business to support the unbelievable 99% off - Black Friday deals, planned out and built the integrations for the automated warehouse in sheffield (as well as the shortly lived US warehouse), among many other projects alongside my team...

I've definitely enjoyed my time with the Supply Chain Tribe at PLT but as circumstances change, I'm off for new adventures. I have confidance that my team will continue the good work we started together.

With all that said, as of tomorrow I'm excited to say that I'll be starting as a Staff Engineer at Which?, The UK consumer champion.

Which? is a non-profit, that self describes as working to provide services and advice that inform many of life's big decisions. A company that I can be proud to say I will be working for.

I can't wait to see what the future holds. I'm sure there will still be plenty of new blog posts about exciting technologies right here on mikevdv.dev so please stay tuned.
