The purpose of the study was to determine the model morpho-functional characteristics of qualified male and female volleyball players of the Ukrainian Super League. The study involved 12 female and 13 male volleyball players that were qualified as masters of sport, candidates for masters of sports. Morpho-functional diagnostics aimed at determining the body composition of players (fat, muscle, bone components, total water content). According to the results of the anthropometric measurement and morpho-functional diagnostics of qualified volleyball players, we came up with 18 indicators that characterized the constitution and the body composition of athletes' weight. The analysis of the obtained data showed a slight skewness in the distribution of fat and muscle components in the athletes' legs and arms, which was explained by the nature of the volleyball game. The significant potential of Ukrainian volleyball players, the availability of the reserved functional resources was evidenced by their anthropometric indicators, the content of fat and muscle components in the body, which were not significantly different from the similar indicators of the players of the leading national teams and professional volleyball clubs. The results of the research can serve as a guide and facilitate the selection, training and specialization of gifted Ukrainian youth.

The pedagogical experiment lasted for two years, during which it was planned to hold the summative and formative stages. 16 qualified volleyball women players of 18-23 years old participated in the study. The peculiarity of constructing the preparatory period for the qualified volleyball women players at the formative stage of the experiment is that model training tasks for the various parts of the training (for general and special physical, technical and tactical, as well as game training), which formed the structure of the training sessions, micro-and mesocycles, were developed and planned to optimize the training process by forming urgent, delayed and cumulative training effects. In mesocycles of the preparatory period there was a general trend towards the gradual decrease in the proportion of non-specific means and increase of the specific ones until the end of the period (82,4% in the retracted mesocycle up to 25,8% in pre-competition period), gradual reduction of the loads in the aerobic mode power supply (from 79,0 up to 27,8%) and increase in the mixed (from 18,3 up to 61,6%) and anaerobic (from 2,7 up to 17,4%) ones, which was conditioned by the predominant use of model training tasks for general physical training at the beginning with the gradual decrease by the end of the preparatory period. At the same time, the number of model training tasks was increased for special physical, technical and tactical and game training. Reducing the intensity of the training process in the preparatory period and the redistribution of loads in the direction of increasing the number of special training and special training exercises, as well as reducing the means of general physical training at the formative stage of the experiment, compared with the summative one, contributed to a significant improvement in the functional performance of the qualified volleyball women players, as well as the manifestation of their physical qualities, indicating the effectiveness of the implemented model training tasks.

It is important to determine the criteria which may be used to establish the dynamics of athletic form over the course of training macrocycle. Purpose of study: to provide experimental foundation for methods of athletic formdetermination in athletes of team game sports over the course of a training macrocycle. Materials and methods. 46 elite athletes participated in the study, they represented basic lineups of Ukrainian Higher League field hockey teams of "Dinamo-ShVSM" (Vinnytsia) and "Olympia-Kolos-Sequoia" (Vinnytsia). Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary and Internet data; pedagogical observation; methods of functional diagnostics; modeling methods; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Results and conclusions. In order to effectively manage the dynamics of athletic form in athletes over the course of training macrocycle one must effectively control the magnitude and direction of training influences. It has been established that the coefficient of magnitude of training load during the phase of acquisition of athletic form in elite field hockey athletes must fall in the range between 5,4 and 8,5 point·min-1. The phase of stabilization of athletic form in hockey players is characterized by the magnitude of training influences during mesocycles from 8,2 up to 8,8 point ·min-1. The coefficient of training load must be at its lowest point during the phase of temporary loss of athletic form, and namely around 4,2 point·min-1. The level of physical and functional preparedness of athletes may be determined by using the developed 10-point scale. The following values were determined for the purpose of forming three phases of athletic form in elite field hockey athletes over the course of the training macrocycle: 4,1-5,7 points during acquisition phase; 5,7-5,9 points during stabilization phase; 3,5 points during temporary loss phase.

Material: the skilled football players participated in a research (n=20, age 18-23 years). Control provided use of the following tests: 30 m run; shuttle run 7х50 m; long jump from the spot; Cooper's test. Results: programs of training microcycles were developed. In each program such components of the training were considered: value and orientation of loads; means (non-specific and specific); modes of coordination complexity of exercises performance; training time; time for renewal of competition form, theoretical and psychological preparation; load coefficient value; intensity of training load coefficient. Conclusions: Programming of training process has to be carried out on the basis of systemically structural approach: the development of programs of less structural formations has to be subordinated to the main structural formations. The structure of microcycles includes programs of trainings. Programs of stages consist of a series of training microcycles programs. The program of a training cycle unites all structural formations.

На основі отриманих результатів було розроблено десятибальну шкалу оцінки, використовуючи яку вдалося побудувати індивідуальні моделі волейболісток різних амплуа. In this article are identified model characteristics of skilled female volleyball players, which included 36 indicators of preparedness and competitive activity. Based on these results, we have developed a ten-point scale assessment, using which we were able to build individual models of different game roles female volleyball players.

Material: the study involved 49 highly qualified and 53 qualified volleyball players. Results: identified indicators of competitive activity (intensity factors, mobility, aggressiveness, efficiency and effectiveness ratio of attack-block) and the integral evaluation of volleyball players of various skill levels. Developed a scale evaluation. Built model. Also, a comparison of model characteristics of competitive activity volleyball. Conclusions: the significant differences are fixed model characteristics of competitive activity in athletes of high qualification of different roles. Qualified volleyball, these differences are not so pronounced. This demonstrates the universality of minor league players. Keywords: volleyball, model, competition, integral, appraisal.

The basic parameters of competitive loads of female volleyball players were identified. These loads were characterized with maximal (21 %) and hard (48 %) intensity, average heart rate at 149 bpm and energy expenditure at about 785 kcal. The serves (11,3 and 13,1 %), floor defenses (23,5 and 23,3 %), sets (17,5 and 16,3 %), attacks (21,6 and 17,4 %) and blocks (28,2 and 29,9 %) were consisted the frame of competitive activity of highly qualified and skilled female volleyball players respectively. There is should be a special attention to improving defensive technical and tactical actions and stability and variability of serving during training process
