This turbulent and changing environment calls for strategists in the information profession who would strategically position libraries and information centres in this world of information society and information superhighway. Competitive advantage would not be effectively achieved if Porter's five forces of competition are ignored. This can also apply in the management of libraries. This document applies Porter's five forces of competition to libraries.

However, the observation is made that public policy making and its ramifications, notwithstanding the traditional emphasis, are not the only significant aspects of the public policy process but also the way policy is implemented. This constitutes therefore the subject of this article.

It must be a friendly relationship. A customer relationship is comprised of a hierarchy of encounters through facilities, resources, services and service providers. In this case the service providers are libraries and the key product or service is the information. This then calls for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so as to efficiently and effectively meet the customers' information needs.

Diagnostic tests indicate that the H series is I (1). The study presents the ARIMA (0, 1, 1) model for predicting inflation in the Kingdom of Eswatini. The diagnostic tests further imply that the presented optimal model is actually stable and acceptable for predicting inflation in the Kingdom of Eswatini. The results of the study apparently show that inflation in the Kingdom of Eswatini is likely to continue on an upwards trajectory in the next decade. The study basically encourages policy makers to make use of tight monetary and fiscal policy measures in order to control inflation in the Kingdom of Eswatini.

This study makes a contribution to the existing debate by empirically investigating the relationship between inflation and economic growth in the context of Zimbabwe. Using time series data spanning from 1960 up to 2017, the study employs the Engle – Granger Two Step modeling technique in order to analyze the relationship between inflation and economic growth in Zimbabwe. Our findings indicate that there is a negative and statistically significant relationship between inflation and economic growth both in the short – run and long – run. The speed of adjustment to equilibrium is approximately 62% annually when the variables wander away from their equilibrium values. Amongst other policy prescriptions, the study recommends inflation targeting policy in order to stimulate growth while maintaining price stability in Zimbabwe.

It shows its relevancy in the studying of Records, Library and Information Science as well as Knowledge Management, Communication Studies and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It has been observed that the DIKW model does not cover all aspects of knowledge management. It actually limits the applicability of knowledge management. It does not really take cognisance of Plato’s knowledge theory and does not really conform to constructivists. It actually put knowledge as straight jacketed. Knowledge cannot be conformed in a hierarchy. It has to be given room to actively show all its wings. The DIKW limitations have given birth to the development of a new knowledge model which shows that knowledge is at every level.

The ability to prevent minimizes, and to resolve conflicts successfully is an important skill or competency which administrators or managers must develop. The various strategies for preventing, minimizing and resolving intergroup conflicts can be classified into three main categories which will be the focal point of this article.
