Work Experience Catholic Relief Services Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning 2013-Present Management of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) unit, including a team of full-time staff and numerous consultants, including researchers and university partners; oversight of annual budget of $500-750 thousand dollars.
