Novija istraživanja (Barker, 2008; Gauthier et al., 2004; Zhao, 2018) pokazuju da postoji trend većeg uključivanja očeva u život porodice i bavljenje decom. Ova promena se pripisuje povećanju učešća majke u radnoj snazi i širenju rodnih egalitarnih ideologija (Esping-Andersen, 2009). U ovom novom modelu uključenog očinstva, od očeva se ne očekuje da ispune samo svoju instrumentalnu funkciju u obezbeđivanju matrijalne podrške, već i da se aktivno uključe svakodnevnu brigu i vaspitanje dece (Barbeta-Viñas & Cano, 2017). For a parenting style, we used the concept of Dianne Baumrind (1966/2002), who defined three basic types of a parent-child relationship: authoritarian, authoritative and permissive. The problem of the inter-role conflict is accessed through the famous model of job-family conflict, developed by Greenhaus & Beutell (1985), according to which the impact of work on family and vice versa consists of three subdimensions: time-based conflict, the conflict based on effort, strain and characteristics of persons and conflict based on the behaviour. The technique of content analysis of available program documents was used. The basic units of analysis were: study program (within it: subjects, electives, accreditation, ECTS, professional practice), purpose, goal and outcomes of the program. The results of the analysis show unequivocal progress in the development of the program since the establishment of the Department until today. In each new program, new subjects were added in accordance with the needs and development of the education system and the social community, which was conditioned by the presence of more adequate potentials at the Department of Pedagogy. There are more and more elective modules and subjects in the programs, and professional practice is represented in an increasingly adequate way. The aim was to discover family bedtime routines and rituals in a modern family. The research was approached by a qualitative method, by the interview technique, due to the need for a more complete and broader picture of this phenomenon. Mothers have quite successfully identified activities that they regularly engage in in the last hour before turning off the lights, activities that make them happy and satisfied, as well as activities that do not always involve everyone together and those that they could miss because they are not very important to them. The most common pattern of evening activities is: bathing, wearing pajamas, brushing the teeth, and a lullaby in bed,or a conversation, or a bedtime story. Implications of the obtained findings show that business and family responsibilities enable parents to participate in multiple roles, that can be used to promote their growth and development and better functioning in the parental role.
У раду се разматра израженост конфликта родитељских и пословних улога и повезаност са варијаблама... more У раду се разматра израженост конфликта родитељских и пословних улога и повезаност са варијаблама као што су пол родитеља, ниво образовања и врста посла. Проблему кофликта приступа се кроз чувену теорију посао-породица конфликт, а то је модел Гринхауса и Бјутела (Greenhaus & Beutell, 1985), према коме се утицај посла на породицу и обрнуто састоји од три субдимензије: временски базиран конфликт, конфликт базиран на напору, напрезању особе и карактеристикама особе и конфликт базиран на понашањима. У истраживању је учествовало 204 испитаника-запослених родитеља са бар једним дететом узраста од три године до 16 година са територије Србије. Добијени резултати указују на то да конфликт родитељских и пословних улога није изражен код родитеља у Србији, већ је изражен позитиван ефекат запослености. Дакле, показује се да запосленост родитеља позитивно утиче на породичну атмосферу. Значајне разлике показале су се у оносу на пол родитеља-тако да конфликт напрезања имају више мајке него очеви. Такође, утврђено је да је позитиван ефекат запослености израженији код родитеља са вишим нивоом образовања, а мање изражен код родитеља са нижим нивоом образовања. Кључне речи: временски конфликт, конфликт базиран на напрезању, конфликт базиран на понашању, конфликт родитељских и пословних улога, посао-породица.
