Nikki (Niktari) Makagiansar is a designer, coder, and educator based in New York City who enjoys creating type-driven identity systems and websites.
Previously, she was a designer at Pentagram, where she helped develop data-driven and algorithmic identities.
Nikki teaches coding and interaction design classes at Parsons School of Design and The Cooper Union. She’s also a member of The New Museum’s NEW INC, where she’s exploring the possibilities between design, code, and solidarity economies.
