- Update your Profile with your Institution, Pronoun, and dietary restrictions.
- Password must be at least 9 characters long.
- Registration Cancellation Policy, Registrations are not Transferable.
- Badge Replacement Policy.
- Physical Registration: Includes the Virtual Pass and access to the affinity events and Expo.
- Virtual Pass: Includes virtual-only access to the live streams and videos of all the Conference Sessions, Tutorials and Workshops and the ability to interact using Rocket Chat.
- Visa: If you need a visa visit the Visa Information page.
- Recruitment: If you are open to being recruited by a sponsor, see section 6.
- Hotel: book your room using the NeurIPS Hotel Portal.
- Student ID is required to get student discount. See more.
- Registration Receipt email yourself a copy in section 3.
- This is the the official NeurIPS registration page, we do not work with any booking agencies

- Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.
We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.
Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
