Composite materials consisting of Fe, Fe – Al particles and a paraffin matrix were obtained by rotational magnetic field method. The mechanism of the field of rotational magnetic dipoles usage for Fe particles coating with Al nanoparticles and further composite material synthesis was described. Microstructure, mechanical, magnetic and dielectric properties and parameters of microwave absorption of obtained composite materials were investigate. Magnetic and dielectric permittivity in the frequency range 8 – 12 GHz were obtained. The influence of the field of rotational magnetic dipoles in combination with Al nanoparticles allows to obtain more durable structure in comparison with composite materials without Al nanoparticles. It was found that composite materials have a good radio-absorbing properties in the studied frequency range. The maximal value...

These algorithms are used for the detection of signals with some unknown parameters observed in additive noise with unknown distribution. The algorithms are based on asymptotically robust invariant (ARI) algorithms previously developed by the authors. The extended model of approximately finite probability distributions (q-point model) is employed for algorithm synthesis. Adaptation is achieved by estimating and optimizing the algorithm for the unknown parameters of the q-point model. The algorithms characteristics were obtained by computer simulation for the case of BPSK modulation.

To eliminate the a priori ambiguity of the noise power and the amplitude, initial phase, slopes, and pulse period-to-duration ratio of the signal, complete sufficient statistics are used to construct the estimators. Some numerical characteristics of the estimators are presented.

Advantageous application of the complete sufficient statistics to signal estimation when information on the signal and noise is incomplete is illustrated by examples of estimating the period and energy parameter of a signal observed in the presence of additive noise. New estimates of the energy parameter are found.

The signals are observed against the background of the additive mixture of the white Gaussian noise and a linear component with unknown parameters. It is shown that the suggested approach based on using the contrast method, the moments method, and the properties of complete sufficient statistics provides for the estimate efficiency and does not require the a priori information about the form, time position, duration, and amplitude of the pulse signal, as well as about the parameters of the background component. The comparison with the algorithms oriented to the known form of the signal is performed.

These methods allow to increase the reliability of solids cracking forecasting by means of EME registering. On the basis of recording the electromagnetic radiation signals, the effect of origination of periodical low-frequency signals at the stage, preceding the separation of rock sample continuity is revealed.

The algorithm is based on the use of complete sufficient statistics and does not require a priori information about the level of additive white Gaussian noise in the process, as well as about the amplitude, initial phase, and temporal position of the radio pulse. The estimates are effective and consistent. The efficiency of the algorithm is estimated by means of computer simulation.

The method, based on adding to the audio or video signal Gaussian wide-band noise, is widely used in modem digital audio and video systems for reducing the quantization errors and such effects as small amplitude signal clipping or loss during analog-to-digital conversion. Such systems have been referred to as systems with dither. Adding dither to the signal ensures a greater dynamic range for recording, however, the level of system noise will increase and the quality of weak signals remains reduced. This situation may be improved significantly if there is appropriate sampling in the processing of the signal, and dither composition analog-to-digital conversion is applied. The signal samples processing algorithm synthesis and analysis for systems with dither and binary quantized input data (i.e. in a system using a single-digit analog-to-digital converter) are presented in this work

The amplifiers show high gain values of more than 60 dB at 300, 77, and 48 K. The minimum voltage noise spectral density was achieved at 77 K and corresponded to 0.33 nV/Hz0.5 with a flicker noise of 20 Hz. The maximum voltage gain was 70 dB at 77 K for a frequency range from DC to 17 kHz. We experimentally show that the parallel differential circuit design allows for a reduction of the voltage noise from 0.55 to 0.33 nV/Hz0.5 at 77 K.
