Architecture is presently engaged in an impatient search for solutions to critical questions about the nature and the identity of the discipline, it is realised that architecture is neither a branch of arts nor of engineering it require a separate identity as a fully fledged discipline in itself. It encompasses not only arts and engineering but social science, humanities, life sciences and all disciplines affecting the built environment and educational technology is a key agent for prevailing innovations in it. We realize that architecture is a multi disciplinary entity having inputs from diverse fields. And multi disciplines requires multi ways to teach that creates challenges for the teacher that can overcome by using educational tecnologis.when teacher think about incorporating educational technologies into their courses, they should examine possible uses carefully. Incorporating educational technologies is not a simple binary decision, yes or no. Rather, the teacher chooses which functions of the technologies to use, and the level at which each function is used. Educational technologies may be used both inside and outside the classroom. These technologies support both conventional classes and online classes with students in multiple locations. Personal computers, connected via networks, enable instructors and students to access and share information with speed and convenience. Using these technologies, teacher and students can communicate their ideas, prepare documents, disseminate those documents, archive documents on a variety of storage media, and access remote resources such as databases. In architecture too, we are seeing the beneficial effects that educational technology has brought to the field. For example “the personal computer workstation, with the ability to store and process graphic and alphanumeric information, is the most powerful tool for an architecture student has ever been given.” This paper explores the ways in which educational technology can benefits the architecture education. In particular it explores the ways of teaching strategy and teaching components which can revolutionise the process of teaching learning in architecture education.

In a medical discourse we find a patient uttering such words as ‘he is feeling pain in his guts as if somebody is cutting his intestine with knife, which uttering such words he also uses his facial expressions, movement of hands closing his fist tightly and constricting his eyes in order to express his pain. In literature, a good writer collects various similes and metaphors used by different sufferers to express the same feeling of pain and use most of them, which the writer thinks are effective to convey to the readers, the feeling of illness. Emily Bronte in the Wuthering Heights has masterfully used fantastic vocabulary and expressions to express the inner psychic torture, anguish and agony of a sufferer. In the non-verbal strategies, convulsion of various bodily parts, the dress, hairstyle, gait and physical movements of the limbs, strutting and fretting, stammering and verbal outburst are the strategies employed by various writers to express abnormal conditions of the characters bordering illness.

“The Bloody Chamber” by Angela Carter is story of sexual self-discovery for heroine. Based on the legend of Bluebeard, Carter gives Marquis the role of Bluebeard, who kills his wives and stores their dead bodies in secret chamber. Sigmund Freud an eminent psychoanalytical psychiatrist of his time proposed the notion of “Nachträglichkeit” (afterwardness or posthumous) effect of the early childhood experiences on the conduct and behaviour of an individual’s present life. He was of the view that the sexual traumas that an individual undergoes in her/his early life leave indelible imprints on the psyche of the individual. By employing various defence mechanisms that we are intrinsically endowed with, the agony of such traumatic memories is minimized (King 11-32). However, these memories lay dormant throughout the life and off and on erupt like a volcano whenever they find an opportunity and wreak havoc with the individual’s present life. Along with this, the socio-economic conditions also play a very vital role in shaping up the individual’s psyche.

This alleged monopoly power is said to lead to greater economic inefficiency, a lower productive capability, and a lower average standard of living. Hence, it is said the government must step in to restore competition. In this paper, an attempt is made to show this claim is based on an invalid view of competition and monopoly. The free market allows for the maximum amount of competition that is possible in any industry. That deviating from a free market, with some form of government intervention in the name of allegedly increasing competition actually decreases the intensity of competition that exists in the economy. Thus decreases the level of economic efficiency, the productive capability, and the standard of living (Arnold. Roger A., 2001).
