The angular spacing on the rotor between the red numbers 9 and 14 is 4*Pi/19 due to the insertion of black 28, single zero and black 2. The spacing of all other red neighbors is 2*Pi/19 due to one inserted black number or the double zero between the red numbers 27 and 1.
