Your webinar audience
Nature webcasts cover topics as diverse as whole-genome sequencing for trait selection in farm animals, lab automation for Covid-19 testing, monitoring PFAS in urban environments, and precision medicine for pediatric brain cancers. These specialist webcasts attract registrants from the relevant specialized fields in the life sciences, physical sciences, applied sciences, and clinical medicine.
How it works
- Depending on your objectives, choose between our two webcast options:
- Custom webcasts: you choose the subject matter and presenters to showcase your research and products. We take care of everything else; this includes project management, the webcast platform, promotion, and providing an experienced moderator to drive discussions during your broadcast and live Q&A.
- Editorial webcasts: you sponsor a webcast on a topic close to your heart. As a sponsor, your company is positioned as a leader in that field of research. Nature Portfolio editorial teams carry sole responsibility for the content of the webcast. The editors facilitate discussions during the broadcast to encourage live audience engagement.
- Work with us to secure your date and review your webcast’s registration page on Nature.com, featuring your own branding.
- Our marketing team promotes your webcast with a targeted marketing campaign to drive registrations from your specialist audience. Meanwhile, you’re granted access to your reporting dashboard to start downloading your registrants.
- Your webcast is broadcast! Typically lasting 60 minutes, with 40 minutes of speaker presentations, followed by 20 minutes of Q&A. You can broadcast either live or simulated live (a pre-recorded presentation followed by live Q&A).
- You receive an mp4 file recording of your custom webcast and retain access to your reporting dashboard for 6 months, so you can continue to download new registrants watching your webcast on-demand. We also offer post-event marketing on request!
