Man Knocking On Home Windows, Doors Overnight In Chesco: Police
It's not clear why the man, who police are seeking to identify, is lurking.
CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Authorities in Chester County are working to identify a man who they said is knocking on windows and doors at local homes overnight.
The incidents have occurred in Willistown Township and around the nearby area.
Recent incidents occurred on July 17 and July 18 along Paoli Pike and Fairview Road.

The man has been caught on security cameras on multiple occasions, police said. He has not entered the homes, and it is not clear why he is knocking on the windows or doors.
He has been spotted wearing a backwards hat, a "Stan Ray" t-shirt, and shorts, all with the tags from the store still attached.
