Phab stalling on "exporting data" of bulk job

Description

I requested a CSV of all my subscribed tasks so I can see a list of all of them rather than having to click through pages (which only show 100 at a time, and I have more than just like 200 or etc), but even though the bulk job was marked as complete by Daemons over 7 hours ago (at the time of writing), phab still says "exporting data" when I expect the download button to be for the CSV.

No, you have 6536. Given such vague search criteria I can imagine some code in the software stack to simply time out.
