This looks unused. quay.io shows no pull stats for it. It is "enabled: false" in paws/values.yaml It looks like it was introduced for travis integration, and we no longer use travis. I do not see its service, ingress, or any part of it deployed in production PAWS.

I suspect this can be removed. Which would involve removing its section in paws/values.yaml removing the files in images/deploy-hook/ and the directory itself and removing the paws/templates/deploy-hook.yaml file
