Translate messages are not styled correctly with Parsoid

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Add/modify translate markup to a page on a multilingual wiki.
  • Open the page in Parsoid read views with ?useparsoid=1

Example: https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:IHurbainPalatin_(WMF)/sandbox?useparsoid=1

What happens?:

The message that says "Translate this page" is shown as part of the page, see for instance

What should have happened instead?:

The message should be styled differently as on https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:IHurbainPalatin_(WMF)/sandbox?useparsoid=0

Is there a hook that can be used to load the CSS file when Parsoid is used?
