Possibly fallout from T378478: Fill split_groups for parallel testing in sequence rather than round robin?
I assume this is done (please add any relevant links if you'd like)
I assume this is done (but no description?) so I am resolving it. If there are links to share with this task @Madalina, please add them.

@KColeman-WMF @Madalina please review this and let us know if anything in the existing implementation needs to change.
@KColeman-WMF @Madalina is this task still important? My 2c, I would not include this for pilot wiki launch and think just letting "X" close the dialog without any other prompts is sufficient.
We did something like this in T338817: [M] Limit the number of characters a user can add when reporting
@JSengupta-WMF I'm going to mark this resolved, but if you plan to keep working on this please feel free to re-open.

We will want to file a L3SC task for approvals related to this.

@Madalina this is a question for you to answer.
(Wasn't sure which Fundraising Tech team tag to use)
@ppelberg the task title mentions LiquidThreads (related T350164: [Spike] Investigate Undeploying LiquidThreads), but the work here seems specific to Flow. Is there a plan/timeline for LiquidThreads as well?

The rules are:
@Strainu have you seen someone who doesn't meet the requirements gaining the right?
The reason for the revert was T379044: MW script "eval.php" failing during scap operations, which was unrelated to the patch for deploying temporary accounts. T379044 is now unbroken which allows us to deploy code again. The temporary accounts feature is now available on the wikis listed in the task description.
@Madalina assigning to you to clarify the answers here.
