I would suggest we delay this exercise until iPoid-Service (IPoid OpenSearch) work is underway, as that would probably end up with a different SLI/SLO.

With 1.43.0-wmf.17 the patch d86046cc2b99ac05023b9fa579fa99b2b71eb038 was deployed. Please have a look in the logs if the exception from this task still occurs on scripts (re)startet after that deployed.

I have verified the new code has been implemented and is functioning, and displaying as expected for Special:IPContributions in archive mode...
The date & time link is now redirecting the user to Special:Undelete for the page/timestamp.
Djackson-ctr moved T371604: Update the GlobalBlockLookup service to read the value of gb_create_account from Needs QA to Done on the Trust and Safety Product Sprint (Sprint Koto (July 15 - July 26)) board.
Testing for Global Blocks has been completed, no issues discovered with the implementation of the new code (GlobalBlock still disables account creation).
