Scrolling through small tiles in two columns with no text is painful, eg TV/Comedy, TV/Childrens, TV/All TV, although most pages have a bit too much "going on" for my liking. Also, if I minimise the "play" screen using the down arrow (eg to see the episode list) I can't see how to get back to the current show without restarting from the beginning. Thanks

Trying to catch-up on Tour de France full stages, but sometimes it won't load at all. Stage 15 full replay for example. It begins to load, but then takes me back to the content screen. If I try too many times, Android tells me "SBS On Demand Keeps Stopping". If I try other content, it works. This is the second time in a week this has happened. It's really frustrating when you're the only provider of that sport in this country. Device: Google Pixel 7. Reinstalled app. No VPN. No ad-blocking.

Thanks for the feedback, Thomas. Are you casting TDF or watching direct from the app? Does this occur for both live and VOD streams? We are aware of some playback issues relating to TDF. App won't work on Samsung S7 phone. Works fine on Motorola & Chromecast. App keeps closing, won't open, so the only way I can use it is via the browser, then to the app. Also the ads are driving me nuts! 90 seconds of ads every 10 minutes is ridiculous!! Please reduce them and change them. I'm bored with it all and really frustrated! e.g I just want to zip back to a previous episode I've watched to check something and I've got to watch the same ads all over again Plus 4 ads per 40 min episode!

Thanks for the info, Steph. Are you using a VPN or additional security settings on your Samsung? What's the difference with your motorola? Asking again, what content are you watching where you're seeing 90s of ads every 10mins? We show 5mins of ads every hour. Thank you.
