The purpose is to make a Value Engineering (VE) analysis that can be applied to the construction based on the VE analysis. The VE analysis was divided into five phases: (1) Information, Function analysis, (3) creative, (4) evaluation, (5) development referring to degree. The required data were term of reference, Cost Estimate, Shop Drawing. The results of value engineering application are the followings: (1) 63 work item at IDR 1,396,183,932 referring to Pareto Analysis or 33.294%. (2) 27 works grouped for function analysis (3) the selected 1 works items has 3 alternative for each item (4)for each work item created 4 basic criteria that is :Time, Durability, Difficulty, Aesthetic (5)for Life Cycle Cost Analysis the economic life project for 20 years to determination of Net Present Value. Having Applied VE Analysis to the total cost, increase 0,69% at IDR 4,222,255,978 from the initial cost.
