I've stumbled upon this statement in parallel.sgml:
> The following operations are always parallel restricted:
> ...
> Plan nodes to which an <literal>InitPlan</literal> is attached.
It looks like this is no longer true since e08d74ca, in which plan nodes
with initPlans were allowed to be parallel-safe.
