pgAdminIII does not respect proxy-settings on HELP/Pg AdminIII Faq

Hello,<br /><br />today I installed pgAdmin III rc1<br /><br />It still looks PHANTASTIC!!!! :)<br /><br />When I go
"Hilfe,pgAdmin III FAQ" the appearing Window freezes as well as pgAdmin III<br /><br />This is within a corporate
network,all HTTP- and HTTPS-Access is only possible via a Proxy. (even ping <something> is disabled) <br /><br
/>Theproxy settings are entered within the "usual place" and are honoured by firefox and internet explorer. FireFox is
theDefaultBrowser.<br /><br />System is Windows XP Prof. SP2.<br /><br />After some time of trying to do something,
pgAdminprompts a dialog "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten: Das angeforderte HTML-Dokument konnte nicht geöffnet werden: <a
href="http://www.pgadmin.oirg/faq">http://www.pgadmin.oirg/faq</a>"<br/><br />(Error occured: Requested HTML-Dokument
couldnot be opened...)<br /><br />I suggestto open FAQ in the "default system browser" on Windows, because that would
