She accidentally breaks her pearl necklace and puts the pearls into the box. Her husband feels worse. She telephones the doctor to call again. Hubby sees the box of supposed pills and swallows them. Then trouble starts. The doctor calls with two other doctors and upon examination learns that the patient has various diseases. Finally he discovers that he must be operated on at once.
