Jan Punt loves horses and likes to draw horses on the square in front of the school and during the drawing lessons. One day a new art teacher comes: the father of Louis, a classmate of Jan. That man is terribly stubborn and bossy. Everyone must sign what he gives up. Jan only continues to draw horses. This brings him into conflict with the teacher.
