The cousin comes and when he meets Percy's neighbor, he becomes a worshiper at her shrine. Percy tells his cousin he can fix things up. The rich cousin is orey-eyed and supplies Percy with the "wherewithal." Percy gets on the job. but instead of working his cousin's game, works his own.
