Two siblings, CJ and Monica come to support each other as each faces a difficult point in their lives. As CJ transitions from female to male, he has the support of his partner, Josh, and his sister, Monica but he still faces prejudice and scorn from his parents. Meanwhile, Monica is tired of dealing with harassment from local gangsters and decides to reclaim her safety by learning to box at a local gym.
