Her life is almost perfect until something happens on a family holiday with her friends Jutta and Torsten and their son Mischa that throws Martina completely off track: After a wild beach party, Martina is raped by Mischa, Jutta's son. Martina leaves and returns to her previously orderly life. But after the holiday, she has increasing difficulty repressing what happened and living her life as if nothing had happened. Those around her also begin to notice the changes in Martina. She reveals what happened to her husband Andi. When he confronts her friends with her son's crime, Martina not only has to face her trauma, but also deal with the skeptical and negative reactions of those around her. Martina fights desperately and ultimately with all means at her disposal for her self-determination and against the destructive effects of the crime on her family and friendships.
